Salmorejo cordobés, a dish with intense flavor that you will surely love.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo of ripe tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 grams of white bread without bark
- 100 grams of AOVE Aceites Palacios
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar optional
PREPARATION
- Wash and clean the tomatoes, chopped.
- Peeled garlic, remove the germ inside to soften the flavor.
- We add to a whisk glass, we crush, we add bread, salt and oil, vinegar to taste.
