CHICKPEA SALAD, COD MEATBALLS AND SPINACH SPROUTS

Chickpea salad, an easy and simple recipe that we hope will serve as an idea for these days of Sant Week
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of extra-tender chickpeas of Aceites Palacios
- 300 grams of fresh cod skrei
- Tender spinach shoots
- Red onion
- AOVE Fresh Gourmet Edition Aceites Palacios
- Peppermint
PREPARATION
- We previously prepared the small meatballs of skrei cod, in green sauce.
- The night before, we softened the chickpeas in water.
- Once all ready, assemble the salad putting a base of warm chickpeas, the meatballs a hot pelin also, spinach sprouts, and the crunchy touch of the red onion, slightly spicy.
