Avocado cakes
An easy and simple recipe with few ingredients, but three key ingredients that work very well together.
INGREDIENTS
- Inés Rosales Tortas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 large tomato, diced small
- 1 ripe mango, diced small
- 3 tablespoons of Palacios Gutiérrez avocado oil
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the mango, onion, tomato, and avocado.
- Add oil and vinegar and let marinate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Place the cakes on a plate and add all the ingredients.
- Add the Palacios Gutiérrez avocado oil.
